MFC 17: Hostile Takeover

The Maximum Fighting Championship has officially announced that their next event, MFC 17: Hostile Takeover, will take place Friday, July 25, 2008 at the River Cree Casino in Edmonton, Alberta.

MFC 17: Hostile Takeover will feature welterweight prospect Ryan “The Real Deal” Ford battling an opponent to be announced for the MFC welterweight title. Ford secured his MFC title shot with an impressive first round submission over C.J. Fernandes.

Also it has been announced that MFC 18: Famous will take place Friday, September 26, 2008 and MFC 19: Long Time Comng on Friday, November 28, 2008.
