what the hell? drove down from oceanside and ruined my saturday and no fights. Bush league.
Does anyone know the real truth about this event at the Sports Arena scheduled for January 12, 2008? Some of the patrons and fighters had to come a long way, was anyone compensated? The main event was build as the world light-heavyweight championship? Between a fighter that has been banned from another organization”Babalu” and White, a guy with a losing record of (25-32-2) ? All the fighters mentioned in the circular are pretty much household names in the sport, but I’m wondering how many of those gentlemen would have been no-shows even if the event were allowed to go on? Is there anyone that can shed some lighton this travesty?
